Accounting Services

We devote as much time and care to the financial accounting of your property as we do to your property itself. Personal contact and open communication on all financial issues is essential. For this reason, specific financial information is always provided quickly and efficiently. Our accounting system can potentially be modified to suit your specific information needs.

We operate stringent controls to ensure that funds are readily available to ensure efficient property management. This is facilitated with the co-operation of leaseholders, by prompt payment of service charge contributions, when due.

We also operate individual interest bearing trustee accounts for each property, to ensure that maximum interest is earned to the benefit of leaseholders.

We liaise with Auditors and Chartered Accountants in the preparation of full service charge statements and management company accounts, at the end of each financial year.

A full report is received for each property with observations and recommendations regarding financial expenditure incurred. These recommendations are assessed and applied to your service charges for successive years.
