For works of a specialist nature, we will recommend the use of suitably qualified and experienced consultants. Reactive maintenanceReactive maintenance deals with property repairs required to be attended to as and when they arise, such as burst pipes, defective taps and leaks, blocked drains and electrical faults. Such repairs, also known as Minor works are undertaken either by notification by clients / leaseholders or as a result of a regular inspection by your property manager. Our Maintenance Co-ordinators deal with all maintenance requests and issue instructions to a specialist contractor. Our panel of contractors are recommended local tradesmen and members of a recognised trade body. Vetted by respective property managers, we ensure that they hold appropriate public liability insurance, adhere to H&S guidelines and regulations.
