County Estate Management - Apply to become and approved contractor

CEM provides advice and specialist services in the residential property management sector across the UK. To be considered for our Approved Contractors List (ACL),please complete our Approved Contractors' Questionnaire (ACQ) below. As a prerequisite of working for CEM and our Group of companies,contractors must be on our ACL.

We recognise that business activities have an impact on the environment. We aim at every opportunity to minimise our carbon footprint and we are committed to promoting energy and resource efficiency. Therefore,we prefer contractors that can demonstrate similar environmental policies and / or have are registered for ISO14001.

Please ensure that you fill out all the required fields of the ACQ such as liability insurances,method statements,references etc. You should also review the ACL Guidelines document which provides general guidelines on good practice by contractors. Should you achieve ACL status with us, your company details will be made available for use across our Group portfolio. Please note that inclusion on this list does not automatically guarantee work.

In order to process your application,undertake checks,conduct interviews and maintain our ACL,there is a nominal administration fee of £85 plus VAT reviewable on an annual basis. Once you submit the form,you will be given the opportunity to print this invoice which should be sent back to us with payment and any other relevant documentation.
