This includes a free Claims Hotline which allows the tenants to deal directly with the Insurers / Loss Adjuster, should a claim be accepted.

Company officers and Directors professional indemnity insurance cover is provided automatically and in many cases at no additional premium.

The claims procedure involves a number of steps that need to be fulfilled in order to complete the process.
