We take the pressure off landlords and ensure that tenancies
run smoothly by dealing with day to day management issues. We
offer a comprehensive service as part of our annual management
fee.
- The appointment of a dedicated Property Manager to take
care of the property personally;
- Arranging inventories and cleaning as needed at the start
and completion of the tenancy;
- Collecting rents and paying all outgoings such as ground
rent, service charges, insurance premiums and invoices for
repairs;
- Undertaking repairs as necessary, using a comprehensive
register of approved contractors;
- Carrying out regular property inspections to ascertain
maintenance requirements, and issuing reports to ensure
the investment is kept in good condition;
- Ensuring that, where relevant, Gas Safety Certificates
and other statutory certification is up to date and adhere
fully to current legislation;
- At the end of the tenancy, arranging for the inventory
to be checked, deposit returned and utilities notified of
change of details;
- Ensuring the property is in a good condition to be re-let;
