Residential Management

We offer a number of core services that can automatically be expected as part of our annual management fee but as a rule of thumb, all our services are bespoke to suit your requirements.

These services include the appointment of an experienced, dedicated Property Manager who will take specific responsibility for your property. Your Property Manager receives backup from our Property Maintenance Co-ordinator who is responsible for the day-to-day liaison with contractors.

We also offer a range of optional services tailored to the specifications of your property. Before you appoint us, your potential property manager would carry out an inspection of your property to give you a tailor-made fee proposal and discuss with you the necessity and benefits of these various options, and help you decide which, if any, to select. The costs for these options will be worked into our tailored annual service charge.

Our optional services include: -

  • additional inspections of the property by your appointed Property Manager
  • attendance and/or arrangement of AGM's and meetings
  • company secretarial duties
  • the investment of reserve funds
  • the employment and supervision of staff
  • mediation in disputes
  • lease, statutory requirements and compliance issues.
