The Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Act 2002 may give you the right to
take over the management of your block of flats. This right
means that leaseholders can now insist on the transfer of
the landlord's management functions to a special company set
up by them – the Right to Manage company.
We are a consultancy service providing advice to flat owners
(i.e. tenants, leaseholders etc.) on their ability to take
over the responsibility for the management of their building.
The process is referred to as "Right to Manage" (RTM).
