Solicitors Enquiries

Whether you are a legal conveyancer or a potential property buyer of one of the properties under our care, our specialist Solicitors Enquiries department (also known as Sales or Pre-Contract Enquiries) will be pleased to assist you. All pre-contract enquiries are dealt with by our dedicated department in our Tunbridge Wells office.

Your standard property information pack will include:

  • 3 years sets of accounts.
  • Insurance details.
  • Memorandum & articles of association (if applicable).
  • A general property information sheet answering frequently asked questions.
  • Budgets and any Notices pertaining to the property.

Additional items not included in standard pack can also be included for an extra charge.

When time is short and exchange of contracts is imminent, we offer an express service where requests are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt of payment or even by fax; otherwise you can expect a response time of up to 10 working days. An additional charge will be applicable for urgent requests or extra enclosures.

As a homeowner, safeguarding your property interests is at the heart of our philosophy. Therefore, we will not deal with enquiries raised where monies are outstanding on account unless the account is brought up to date. Monies should be either settled immediately or we require a written undertaking from the vendors’ solicitors to all outstanding sums being paid upon completion, prior to our being able to deal with the enquiries raised.
